Open Houses
We host a grand opening open house designed to create excitement and draw strong early interest from buyers, neighbors, and local agents. After that, we do not require you to leave your home weekend after weekend for repeated open houses, which most sellers find disruptive and unnecessary. Today’s buyers search online first, and their agents schedule private showings directly with us.
However, if continued open houses are important to you, we can arrange to do so with other eXp agents.
